ABOUT THE SECRET SAUCE SHOW

In this new food series called The Secret Sauce Show, you'll hear the stories, struggles, and successes of the top restaurants in Vancouver Canada. We'll be covering how they started their restaurant and how to run and operate a profitable restaurant business pre-covid and post covid. And like in Wilson K Lee fashion, we'll be diving into the business side of the restaurant business - like food cost, rent, and COGS so you get a good idea of what it really takes to be one of the best.

"Her dedication and patience is inspiring: visiting Vietnam to work with top chefs, simmering broth up to 15 hours daily, and hand-rolling loaves of dough 5 years in the making. Inspired by her parents’ nutrition-focused approach to food, she only uses top grade, grass-fed cuts of meat accompanied by farm-to-table produce. "
