Bánh Mì Très Bon is excited to announce that the shop is to be featured in an upcoming YouTube series called "The Secret Sauce Show" by fellow Richmond resident Wilson Lee!

The episode featuring BMTB is scheduled to be released in January of 2021. The Richmond News just published a feature in their community section to feature Wilson's eight-episode fundraising project. Lan is featured with Wilson during the filming session for Bánh Mì Très Bon's episode!

“'Realizing there is such a big problem in the marketplace made me want to do something about it since I’m in a position to help,' said Lee. All the ad and social sharing revenue from the series will go to three organizations – Food Banks Canada, Feeding America and Breaking Bread – to hopefully feed 10,000 people."

In this new food series called The Secret Sauce Show, you'll hear the stories, struggles, and successes of the top restaurants in Vancouver Canada. We'll be covering how they started their restaurant and how to run and operate a profitable restaurant business pre-covid and post covid. And like in Wilson K Lee fashion, we'll be diving into the business side of the restaurant business - like food cost, rent, and COGS so you get a good idea of what it really takes to be one of the best.

"Her dedication and patience is inspiring: visiting Vietnam to work with top chefs, simmering broth up to 15 hours daily, and hand-rolling loaves of dough 5 years in the making. Inspired by her parents’ nutrition-focused approach to food, she only uses top grade, grass-fed cuts of meat accompanied by farm-to-table produce. "

Thank you Wilson and team for featuring Bánh Mì Très Bon, and the amazing work you're doing!
